You must be 18 or older to register on BJLive. This is not an optional condition — it is a strict rule that will not be relaxed under any circumstances. The mobile number, name, and other details you provide at registration must be accurate and genuinely your own.

Each person may only operate one BJLive account. Opening multiple accounts, or using someone else's name to create and operate an account, will result in all associated accounts being closed and any accumulated balance being forfeited.

• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number is required for registration
• All information provided must be accurate and belong to you
• A National ID (NID) verification may be required for large withdrawals
• If multiple family members share the same device, please notify support in advance
• Accounts are non-transferable — you may not allow any third party to use your account

Please review every bet slip carefully before placing a bet on BJLive. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled — unless BJLive voids the bet due to special circumstances such as a match cancellation. If a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to your wallet.

If a bet is not accepted or is recorded at incorrect odds due to a technical issue during a match, BJLive reserves the right to void that bet or re-place it at the correct odds. The member will be notified in such cases.

All deposits and withdrawals on BJLive must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Transactions from a third party's mobile banking or bank account may not be accepted, and refunds in such cases may be delayed.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. For example, if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal will also go to bKash. In special circumstances, you may contact support to arrange an alternative.

BJLive bonus offers are an attractive benefit for members. However, each bonus comes with specific terms that must be met. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly.

A turnover requirement means you must wager the bonus amount a set number of times. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 15× turnover requirement means you need to place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before the bonus converts to real balance.

• The same bonus offer cannot be used more than once
• Expired bonuses are cancelled automatically
• Some bonuses may be restricted to specific sports or markets
• BJLive reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer

BJLive is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent betting environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as legal action.

1. Bonus Abuse through multiple account creation
2. Placing bets automatically using software or bots
3. Match fixing or betting based on insider information
4. Fraud or deception involving the payment system
5. Accessing another person's account without authorization
6. Use of the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime
7. Selling or renting an account to a third party
8. Intentionally exploiting system glitches

If any of the above activities are detected, BJLive reserves the right to terminate the account without notice and forfeit all balances. In serious cases, the matter may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

BJLive reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the circumstances listed below. Members may also choose to close their own account at any time.

• At the member's request: Accounts will be closed within 24 hours of contacting support
• Prohibited activities include: Immediate termination without notice
• Failure to verify information: Temporary suspension for failure to submit KYC within the required timeframe
• After extended inactivity: Accounts with no transactions for 12 months will be marked as inactive
• For responsible betting requests: Account suspended for a set period upon a Self-Exclusion request
